Sheet Metal Stamping
Sheet Metal Stamping Capabilities
We run 25T to 400T mechanical presses on 0.2-6.0 mm sheet, using progressive dies for high-volume parts and compound dies for single-station blanking and forming. Laser cutting and CNC bending sit in the same building, so prototype revisions and short runs do not wait behind production tooling.
- 25T to 400T presses
- 0.2-6.0 mm sheet thickness
- Progressive dies and compound dies
- Laser cutting and CNC bending in-house
- Maximum part size: Customized based on press and die layout
- Typical tolerance: Application-specific tolerances per drawing requirements
Dies Built In-House
Stamping dies are designed, built and maintained by the same tool room that handles our injection molds: 20+ new tools per month, 15-45 days from design freeze to first part. When a die wears, a hole drifts or a form needs adjusting, the fix happens on our own floor instead of in a queue at someone else’s shop.

Materials We Stamp
- Cold rolled steel: SPCC, SPHC
- Galvanized and galvaneal: SGCC, SECC
- Stainless steel: 301, 304, 430
- Aluminium: 5052, 6061
- Copper, brass and phosphor bronze
Thickness, temper and coating all affect springback and tool life, so tell us the grade rather than just “steel” and we will confirm what the die needs to be built around.
Processes We Run
- Blanking and piercing
- Bending and forming
- Deep drawing
- Progressive die stamping for annual volumes that justify a hard tool
- Laser cutting for prototypes, low volume and design changes
Finishing and Secondary Operations
Stamped parts rarely ship as stamped parts. Hardware insertion, welding, plating and coating are handled before packing, so the box you receive is ready for the line.
- Zinc plating and nickel plating
- Powder coating and painting
- Spot welding, riveting, PEM nut and standoff insertion
- Sub-assembly and export packing

Quality Control
First article inspection before the run starts, dimensional reports against your drawing, material certificates with each lot, and salt spray testing on plated parts. Gauges and fixtures for your part are made in-house alongside the die, so inspection and production measure the same thing.
- Inspection equipment: CMM,micrometers, calipers, height gauges, salt spray tester and visual inspection stations
- Certifications: ISO9001 compliant, material certificates and test reports available on request
Stamping or Injection Molding?
Both run under the same roof, so the recommendation is not steered by what we would rather sell you.
- Stamping wins on thin-wall parts under 6 mm, EMI shielding, heat resistance, structural rigidity, and parts that must stay flat
- Injection molding wins on complex 3D geometry, thick sections, integrated ribs and bosses, and colour-matched cosmetic surfaces
If you are still deciding, read custom injection molding for the other side of the comparison.
Industries and Applications
Most of the stamped work we ship falls into brackets, chassis and frames, enclosures, heat sinks, connector shells and mounting plates.
Start Your RFQ
Send a STEP, DXF, DWG or PDF drawing with the material grade, thickness, surface finish and expected annual volume. If the part is still being designed, send what you have and mark the critical dimensions, we will come back on feasibility before you commit to a die.
