Who WE ARE ?
LXL was founded in 1997 as a plastic injection molding company. We are located in Shenzhen China and mainly engaged in domestic mold developments and plastic injection parts. LXL started by serving one of the biggest home/office furniture company in Taiwan China, providing the best mold developing services and home furniture associated plastic parts.
LXL has developed another service area in finished product realization, which means LXL not only manufactures plastic injection parts but also helps customers to source other components such as metal, PCBAs, batteries, wires and etc and to assemble them into final products. Currently LXL owns 4 assembly lines for small to medium scale assembly mass production.
What we do ?
LXL has been specialized in custom plastic injection molding profession for over 24+ years. So far there are 23 plastic injection molding machines with 14 automative robot hands and 10+ mold development equipments. LXL has the capacity of building 20+ new molds at one-time monthly in house and 30+ ones in brother mold factory. So far LXL is capable of making 300K+ piece of plastic parts in one shift monthly for its plastic parts manufacturing service

We will send you samples for existing parts within 2 days and for custom items within 7 days after the new mold is ready.
For the existing mold, the sample will be ready within days and the mass production will be ready around 2 weeks. However, it will take 25-30 days to build a new mold, and will take around 7 days to get the sample.
