Since 1997 we have molded furniture components, consumer electronics housings, home appliance parts, smart-home devices and automotive components. Send one 3D file and one bill of materials, and you can receive a packed, export-ready product — we mold the plastic, source the rest and assemble it on four lines.
We are a factory, not a trading company. We run 23 injection molding presses from 100 to 600 tons, an in-house tool shop and four assembly lines in Longgang, Shenzhen. You are quoted, invoiced and shipped by us directly. If you are ever in Shenzhen, come and see the machines, the tools and a live run.
Our customers are export customers — brand owners and manufacturers selling into North America and Europe. What matters more than geography is the standard they hold us to: cosmetic surfaces, documented inspection and delivery dates that do not move. Our own brand sells direct to US customers, so that standard gets tested on us first.
We are ISO 9001 certified for quality management. Customized products can also be tested and certified to UL, CE, RoHS and TUV standards where your market requires it. Beyond certificates, every project follows strict quality control: incoming material inspection, in-process checks, dimensional verification and pre-shipment inspection. We build custom gauges and test jigs for individual parts, and test reports required for your market can be issued under our company name.
Both. In OEM work we build to your drawings and your bill of materials under NDA. In ODM work our team handles industrial design, DFM, tooling and production, and you take the design to market under your own brand. Either way you deal with one project manager, not a chain of subcontractors.
STEP or IGES for the 3D model, plus a 2D drawing in PDF wherever the part has tolerances or a cosmetic requirement. X_T and native SolidWorks files also work. If you only have a physical sample rather than a 3D file, send it to us and we will advise what else is needed.
Standard first-batch MOQ for new molded parts is 500 pcs. Smaller first batches are possible with an adjusted tooling cost. Repeat orders follow your demand, and for multi-part assemblies the MOQ applies per part — we quote the full BOM as one number.
25 to 30 days for mold build, then first-article samples and the first production batch about 14 days after you approve them. Simple single-cavity tools run at the fast end; multi-cavity or tight-tolerance tools at the slow end. We put the schedule in writing before you pay the tooling deposit.
Yes. Four assembly lines handle ultrasonic welding, screw and snap assembly, adhesive bonding, hardware insertion and functional testing. We also do retail packaging and export cartoning, so goods leave as a finished unit — barcodes, labels and carton marks to your warehouse or retail specification.
Yes. FOB Shenzhen is standard, and DDP door-to-door is available when you would rather not carry the freight or the clearance risk. Samples and small batches go by DHL, FedEx or UPS with duties prepaid. Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin are all issued under our own name, consistent from shipment to shipment.
