Assembly & Finishing
What We Assemble
Most of the products we ship are not single parts. They are a plastic housing, a stamped bracket, a PCBA, a motor, a battery pack and a set of screws that have to arrive as one tested, packed unit. Assembly is the stage where all of that either comes together or falls apart, so we run it under the same roof as the molding and the tooling.
Four Assembly Lines
Four lines handle small and medium volume finished goods assembly, from a pilot batch of a few hundred units to ongoing production. Each line is set up for one product at a time, with the fixtures, torque settings and inspection points documented before the first unit is built.
- Four assembly lines for small and medium volume runs
- Electronic board welding and soldering
- All levels of sub-assembly: component, module and finished good
- Custom product lifetime test stations built for the specific product
- Final goods functional testing before packing
Finishing
Parts rarely leave a mold or a press in the condition a customer expects to unbox. We handle the finishing steps between the machine and the carton, and inspect the surface at each one, so a cosmetic defect is caught at the station that caused it rather than in the warehouse.
- Ultrasonic welding and hardware installation
- Plating and powder coating
- Printing, labelling and packaging
- Export packing to retail or bulk standard
Sourcing the Rest of the BOM
Assembly is only as fast as its slowest component. We source PCBAs with design and SMT, custom battery packs, motors and gearboxes, die cast and extruded parts, CNC and stamped metal parts, and printed packaging, all against our drawings and our inspection plans. One purchase order covers the bill of materials, so you are not chasing six suppliers for six ship dates.

Testing Before Packing
ISO 9001 certified production, with a functional test on every unit that requires one and a documented inspection report with each shipment. Test stations are built in-house for the specific product, so the test reflects how your product is actually used rather than a generic pass or fail.
- ISO 9001 certified
- Functional test on 100% of units where required
- Lifetime and cycle testing on a sample basis
- Cosmetic inspection under controlled lighting
- Incoming inspection level: Defined by project specifications
Warehousing and Shipping
Finished goods do not sit in a corridor waiting for a forwarder. We hold roughly 3,000 square metres (30,000 square feet) of warehouse space, consolidate multiple SKUs into one shipment, and ship on FOB Shenzhen or DDP terms to your door.
- 3,000 sqm / 30,000 sq ft of warehouse space
- Express, air and sea freight through contracted forwarders
- Consolidation across SKUs and across suppliers
- FOB Shenzhen or DDP delivery
Why Assembly Is Where Projects Slip
The usual failure is not a bad mold or a bad die. It is a part that was right at every individual supplier and wrong when it met the other parts. Tolerances stack, a finish changes a dimension, a screw boss moves two tenths and the housing no longer closes.
Because tooling, molding, stamping and assembly sit in one building, the part that does not fit is walked to the machine that made it, not emailed back to a supplier in another province.
See how that played out on a custom plastic enclosure project.
Start Your Assembly RFQ
Send the bill of materials, 3D or 2D drawings for each custom part, and the target annual volume. If some components already exist as samples, send photos and we will identify what can be reused and what has to be re-sourced. You get a DFM report and a quotation within 24 hours of the 3D files.
