Plastic Injection Moulding Machine
LXL owns 23 plasitc injection machines with 14 automaive robot hands. They are all fully hydraulic injection machines from 80 ton to 500 ton,
capable of manufacturing most parts you would like to (from the length of 10mm to 1000mm). Each machine is able to produce 5-10k pieces one day on average. Automative robot hands make our production even faster. Automation system brings LXL a safer, simpler, labor-free, and substainable
manufacturing environment. Most importantly, It raises our work efficiency by more than 30%.
