Overview
Our plastic threaded adapter is injection-molded cylindrical connector fitting for lighting fixtures, pipe systems and equipment mounting. It integrates a brass threaded insert on top, a side metal bushing for set screw and bottom anti-slip knurled flange. We only produce custom-molded plastic adapters per customer design files, finished threaded connector assemblies are not in stock.

Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. Customize thread specification, insert depth, side hole position, flange diameter and plastic material. Insert over-molding and torque test are available for samples.
