Overview
Our round hinged lid container is an injection-molded clear plastic package for electronic parts, small hardware and retail display. A rigid white outer ring carries a transparent flap lid, so users open a small window instead of removing the whole cover. The container keeps parts visible and dust-free on assembly lines, in service kits and on store shelves. We only produce custom-molded plastic containers according to customer drawings, and finished packaging assemblies are not supplied.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize container diameter, depth, wall thickness, flap opening size, hinge pin diameter and material choice including PC, PETG, PP and ABS. Surface finish can be glossy, matte or textured, and the outer ring can be molded in your brand color with logo embossing or in-mold labeling.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the hinged lid container passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment.First article samples with a full inspection report are provided for approval, and we run open-close cycle tests on the hinge when required.
