Overview
This plastic hand grip is a custom injection molded part produced to your 3D file. It has a curved grip body, finger grooves and a rope hole, so a cord runs through the grip and the hand holds it comfortably during pulling and lifting. The grip suits outdoor equipment, sports accessories and handheld tools, and it is molded in blue, green and black, with other colors available from the same tool.
Key Features & Benefits
– Curved grip body — a comfortable hold for pulling and lifting
– Finger grooves — keep the hand in place under load
– Rope hole — takes a cord or rope through the grip body
– Rope operation — a secure hold on a running rope
– Ergonomic form — suits outdoor, sports and handheld tool use
– Molded in one shot — the grip comes off the tool as one part
Customization Options
Every plastic hand grip is made to your 3D file, so the grip length, the body curve, the finger groove depth, the rope hole diameter and the color all follow your design instead of a catalogue size. Send the design file, the color requirement and the rope assembly need together, and we check the wall thickness, the draft angle and the gate position before steel is cut. If the grip has to sit on an existing cord, send that detail as well, and we match the hole to it in the tool.
Color is molded into the part, so the grip needs no paint or coating. If the grip goes onto a product you already sell, send the sample or the file and we match the color to your existing parts. The rope hole and the body curve can be adjusted in the tool later if your design changes.
Ordering and quotation
Send your 3D file with the design requirement and the yearly volume. You receive a molding quotation that lists tooling cost, cycle time and sample lead time, and the yearly volume also decides how many cavities the tool should carry. We flag any feature that cannot mold cleanly at the wall you need before the quotation goes out.
