Overview
This plastic mounting bracket is a custom injection molded part produced to your 3D file. It is molded in glass filled nylon as a rigid structural bracket with a splined inner bore, a ribbed body and multiple mounting holes, so it holds and positions actuator, transmission and frame components on a mechanical assembly. The bracket is shown in black and bolts down onto a frame or a panel.

Key Features & Benefits
– Splined inner bore — grips a shaft without a keyway
– Ribbed body — reinforced support under mechanical load
– Multiple mounting holes — bolts down onto a frame or a panel
– Glass filled nylon — a rigid part for mechanical load support
– Bolted connection — sits flat for stable mechanical positioning
– Molded in one shot — the bracket comes off the tool as one part

Customization Options
Every plastic mounting bracket is made to your 3D file, so the bore size, the spline count, the rib layout, the mounting hole pattern and the overall bracket size follow your part instead of a catalogue size. Send the load requirement and the assembly position with the file, and we check the wall thickness, the draft angle and the gate position before steel is cut. If the bracket bolts onto a frame you already use, send that frame detail as well, and we hold the hole pattern in the tool.

Glass filled nylon is a rigid material, so we advise on the glass content and the wall thickness that suit your load case before the tool is cut. If the bracket carries a heavier load, ribs and a thicker boss can be added in the same tool.

Ordering and quotation
Send your 3D file with the load requirement and the yearly volume. You receive a molding quotation that lists tooling cost, cycle time and sample lead time, and the yearly volume also decides how many cavities the tool should carry. We flag any feature that cannot mold cleanly in glass filled nylon before the quotation goes out.
