Overview
This curved pull handle is a custom injection molded part produced to your 3D file. It is molded in PP or ABS as a curved bow with a smooth surface, so it gives a comfortable pull on control cabinet doors, machine access panels, instrument cases and medical equipment. The handle is shown in yellow, black and blue, and other colors can run from the same tool.

Key Features & Benefits
– Curved bow form — a comfortable grip for doors and access panels
– Smooth molded surface — a clean surface for medical and lab equipment
– PP or ABS — material set to your application and tool
– Molded-in color — shown in yellow, black and blue
– Fixing points at both ends — mounts flat on a door panel
– Molded in one shot — the handle comes off the tool as one part

Customization Options
The handle length, the bow height, the grip thickness, the fixing hole positions and the color are all set in the tool, so they follow your 3D file instead of a catalogue size. Send the handle requirement and the panel need with the file, and we confirm the draft angles, the shrinkage allowance and the gate position before steel is cut. If the handle has to match an existing hole pattern, send that drawing as well, and we hold it in the tool.

Every curved pull handle is measured against your 3D file before shipment, and the inspection record stays with the tool for repeat orders. If the handle is going onto an existing panel, send the panel file as well so the fixing points line up. Tooling can be modified later for a new length or a different fixing pitch.

Ordering and quotation
Send your 3D file with the handle requirement and the yearly volume. You receive a molding quotation that lists tooling cost, cycle time and sample lead time, and the yearly volume also decides how many cavities the tool should carry. We flag any feature that cannot mold cleanly at the wall you need before the quotation goes out.
