Overview
This white plastic roller hub is a custom injection molded part produced to your 3D file. It combines a plastic hub, radial ribs, a central bore and an elastic outer ring, so it carries lightweight wheels in office equipment, household appliances, instrument parts and light conveyor components. The hub is molded in white with a grey elastic ring as shown, and other colors can run from the same tool.

Customization Options
The hub diameter, the bore size and the rib layout are all set in the tool, so they follow your 3D file instead of a catalogue size. Send the roller requirement and the wheel assembly need with the file, and we confirm the draft angles, the shrinkage allowance and the gate position before steel is cut. If the bore has to fit an existing shaft, send that shaft dimension as well, and we hold it in the tool.
Both the white hub and the elastic ring are molded in house, so the ring is matched to the hub size you specify. Every plastic roller hub is measured against your 3D file before shipment, and the inspection record stays with the tool for repeat orders. Tooling can be modified later for a new bore or hub diameter. If the ring has to change with it, send the updated ring size in the same file.
Ordering and quotation
Send your 3D file with the roller requirement and the yearly volume. You receive a molding quotation that lists tooling cost, cycle time and sample lead time, and the yearly volume also decides how many cavities the tool should carry. We flag any feature that cannot mold cleanly at the wall you need before the quotation goes out.
