A one-stop supplier usually means a trading company forwarding your drawings to five factories. We do it differently: injection molding, sheet metal stamping, tooling and assembly are ours, in one building in Shenzhen.
Extrusion, silicone, die casting, PCBAs, batteries and motors come from partners we have used for years, run on our drawings and our inspection plans. One purchase order, one invoice, one ship date.
What We Source
Anything bought outside the building is bought to our drawing, inspected against our plan and approved by us before it reaches your line. We manage BOM sourcing and supplier selection at any size, from a single injected part to a full bill of materials.

How We Assemble
Four lines handle small and medium volume finished goods, with board welding, every level of sub-assembly and a functional test on each unit that needs one.

Where We Store
We hold 3,000 square metres (30,000 square feet) of warehouse space, receive parts as each supplier finishes, and consolidate the BOM into one shipment once it is complete. Six suppliers mean six ship dates, and one missing carton can hold a whole container.

How We Ship
We ship express, air or sea through forwarders who cover every major lane worldwide, on FOB Shenzhen or DDP terms. Our own brand, Garage Smart, ships DDP to more than 70,000 customers in the US, so the retail standard is tested on our own account first.
