Overview
A chrome leveling foot carries a cabinet, a machine or a piece of furniture on a polished body and sets the height with a threaded stud. The body is a tapered cover shell with a bright plated surface, and a black base ring around the bottom edge gives the foot a wide contact face. The stud passes through the centre of the shell and turns in the base, so the foot can be raised or lowered after the unit is in place.
The cover shell encloses the thread above the base, so only a short length of stud stays exposed and the foot reads as a finished hardware part rather than an open bolt.
Because the shell, the base ring and the stud are brought together as one assembly, the shell sits square on the ring and the stud stays concentric with it on every piece.
Our custom leveling foot is a plain pad with an open threaded stud, quoted for the load it carries, while this chrome leveling foot adds a plated cover shell and a black base ring for a visible finish. Where the foot has to sit at a fixed height with no thread at all, our cylindrical support foot bolts through a top mounting hole instead.

Customization Options
Cover shell diameter, shell height, base ring width, stud length and stud diameter are all set by your 3D file. We mold the shell in ABS and other plating grades and finish it in chrome, nickel or a satin tone, with the base ring in black or another colour, and the stud is supplied to the length your assembly needs. A revised chrome leveling foot usually needs only a tool insert change, so a new shell diameter keeps the same base ring.
