Overview

A custom angle bracket holds two surfaces at a right angle and takes the load at a cabinet corner, an instrument rack or a frame joint. It is molded as one L-shaped part with mounting holes in both legs, so the corner is set by the bracket rather than by the assembly. Raised ribs on the inner faces stiffen the angle without adding wall thickness, and the rounded outer corners keep the part from catching on cables or hands.

Because a custom angle bracket is molded, ribs, holes and a textured pad are formed in one cycle.

Key Features & Benefits

– Right-angle body — sets the corner in one part
– Reinforced ribs — stiffen both legs of the angle
– Mounting holes — take countersunk or pan head bolts
– Rounded outer corners — no sharp edge to catch
– Glass filled nylon option — for higher load duty

Customization Options

Leg length, leg width, wall thickness, hole diameter, hole position and rib height are all set by your 3D file. We mold in PP, ABS, PA6 and glass filled nylon in any colour, and can add a grip pad or a cable relief where the bracket sits inside a cabinet. A revised custom angle bracket usually needs only a tool insert change, so hole layout variations stay affordable.

Quality & Delivery

Parts are checked for leg length, hole position, hole diameter and squareness between the legs, and first articles are sent for approval before the run continues. Packing keeps the brackets from rubbing together, so a custom angle bracket arrives ready to fit. Send your 3D file through our quotation page and we will confirm material, tooling and lead time.
