Overview
A drainage nozzle carries liquid away from an opening on a machine and drops it in one straight stream. The part is molded as a single body: a wide flat panel at the top, a V trough below it, and a round spout that turns the flow downward.
The panel lies against the machine face and covers the drain opening. The trough catches whatever leaves that opening, and the spout sends it down into a tray. Liquid travels a smooth surface the whole way, so nothing is left standing on a ledge.
Because a drainage nozzle is molded, the panel, the trough and the spout form in one cycle and arrive as one part, with no joint along the flow path that could weep.
Our white plastic water pipe connector is a molded fitting that joins sections of a pipe run, and our threaded plastic nozzle fittings screw into a port with a knurled band. A drainage nozzle works in the open instead: the liquid falls through it, and the part carries no thread of its own.

Customization Options
Panel length, panel width, panel thickness, trough depth, trough angle, spout bore, spout length and the color are all set by your 3D file. A drainage nozzle runs in white or blue as standard, and any other color is matched on a color change, so a revised part keeps the same tool. A longer spout, a locating step on the panel edge and a rib on the outer face are all cut into the same tool.
Quality & Delivery
Every drainage nozzle is checked before the run. The panel face is laid on a flat surface, the spout is gauged for bore and for length, and the trough is checked so it carries no shallow spot where liquid could collect.
