Overview
Our threaded insert knob is a custom injection molded black knob that carries a metal threaded boss in its centre.
A diamond knurl band runs around the top edge of the body, a flat metal disc sits under the boss, and the lower body is a smooth round wall that turns easily in the hand. The metal parts are set into the molded body during or after molding, so the thread stays concentric with the knob.
We mold the body strictly to your drawing, and any metal insert is supplied to your specification.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize knob diameter, body height, knurl pattern and pitch, boss thread size, disc diameter, wall thickness and plastic grade including ABS, PC, PA and POM. Insert molding of the metal threaded boss is available, and we support color matching with matte, glossy or soft-touch finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on knurl draft and insert retention are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the threaded insert knob passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and boss concentricity and knurl pattern are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
