Overview
Our white rectangular tray is a custom injection molded open container with a raised outer rim, rounded corners and evenly spaced ribs on the inner walls. The ribs stand in from the side walls and hold contents away from the corners, and the flat floor keeps the tray stable on a bench. A stepped notch in the outer wall takes a label, and the rim gives the tray a straight edge for handling. We mold the tray strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply any lid, insert or fitted liner.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize tray length, width and depth, rib spacing and height, rim section, notch size and position, and plastic grade including ABS, PP, PS and PC. We also mold stacking lips, drain holes and divider slots when the tray needs them, and support colour matching with matte or glossy finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on floor flatness and rib draft are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the rectangular tray passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and outside dimensions and rib spacing are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
