Overview
Our knurled control knob is a custom injection molded black knob with a fluted side wall, a white indicator line and a stepped top rim. The fine knurl gives the fingers a firm hold on a small diameter, and the white line sits in a molded groove so the setting stays readable against a graduated dial.
The top face is recessed inside a raised lip and carries a fine grain texture that hides finger marks. A narrower collar under the knurl centres the knob on the control shaft, and the flutes run the full height of the wall for a consistent grip. We mold the knob strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the shaft, dial plate or finished control assembly.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize knob diameter, height, knurl pitch, indicator line width and colour, shaft bore shape (round, D-shaped or splined), top texture and plastic grade including ABS, PC and POM. We support colour matching, matte or glossy finish, and two-colour molding for the indicator line. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on knurl draft and bore fit are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the knurled control knob passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and bore size and knurl pitch are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
