Overview

A rolling storage cart carries tools, produce or parts between rooms on two levels. Two molded side frames stand on casters and a grip runs across the top, and two open bins rest in the frame, each with an oval cut-out in the wall for a hand. The bins lift out, so one level can be carried away while the cart stays where it is.

Storage parts sit beside this cart. Our plastic food storage container closes with a snap lid, the white ribbed tray holds parts on a bench, and the blue tray housing is molded as a shell; this rolling storage cart hangs two open bins in a frame instead.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Two levels — a bin at the top and a bin below
  • Bins lift out — the cut-out wall gives a hand hold
  • Top grip — the frame carries a bar with a slot under it
  • Casters — the cart rolls where the work is
  • Molded frame — the sides, the grip and the bin seats come off one tool

Because a rolling storage cart is molded to your 3D file, the frame, the grip and the bin profile repeat cavity to cavity.

Customization Options

Frame height, bin size, grip position, caster fit and color all come from your 3D file, so a rolling storage cart is molded for the range you already sell.

  • Frame — side panels sized to your 3D file
  • Bins — depth and wall set to your load
  • Grip — bar shape and slot placed where the hand falls
  • Casters — sized to your floor and to your fit
  • Color — two tones, one shade or a single color, as you set

Quality & Delivery

Tooling for a rolling storage cart is cut in our own shop, and the first article of every frame is gauged against your 3D file — frame height, bin seat, grip position and caster boss — before the run is released.

Mold faces are finished to the sheen your 3D file calls for, the gate is trimmed flush with the wall, and the bins sit in the frame with an even gap on both sides. Lead time is quoted with the unit price and held to the date, and each batch is gauged before packing.

We mold each rolling storage cart to your 3D file, so the frame, the bins and the grip follow the model. Send the 3D file and we return a quotation with the tool cost and the unit price.

Tooling and molding both run in house — on our mold making floor and our injection molding service presses. Send your 3D file for a quotation.
