Overview
A promotional plastic cup is molded to the shape of your drinkware line, so the body, the rim and any handle come from your own 3D file rather than a stock catalogue. The wall tapers from the rim down to the base, which lets the cups stack, and the rim is rolled so the edge stays comfortable to drink from.
The range covers an open tumbler, a handled mug and a lidded cup, and the outside face takes a printed or a molded logo.
Because a promotional plastic cup is molded in one piece, the taper, the rim and the handle are formed to the same 3D file, so a cup made in one run stacks with a cup made in the next.
Our plastic food storage container closes on food with a snap lid, while a promotional plastic cup is a drinking vessel with an open rim. Our hinged lid container is a clear package that keeps small parts behind a flap.
Key Features & Benefits
– Cup body — tapered wall, rolled rim
– Handle option — mug or open tumbler
– Lid option — tumbler with a fitted lid
– Logo printing — supplied with your artwork
– Color range — molded to any color
Customization Options
Cup height, rim diameter, base diameter, wall taper, wall thickness, handle size, lid fit and print area are all set by your 3D file. We mold the cups in PP and PS in any color, with a gloss or matte face, and the artwork is printed or molded from your own file, so the logo stays yours. A revised promotional plastic cup usually needs only a tool insert change, so a new cup height keeps the same rim.
Quality & Delivery
Each promotional plastic cup is checked for cup height, rim diameter and base diameter, and the wall taper is gauged before the run continues. First articles are sent for approval, so a promotional plastic cup arrives ready to pack. Send your 3D file through our quotation page and we will confirm material, color and lead time.
