Overview
A plastic tissue box holds a stack of tissues and lets each one pull out through an opening in the top face. The box is molded as a rectangular body with a fitted lid, and the lid carries an oval slot that the tissues are drawn through, so the stack stays covered between uses. The slot sits in the middle of the top face, and the walls of the body run square to the base so the box stands flat on a shelf or a counter.
The lid seats on a rim around the body, which keeps the two parts aligned when the box is closed.
Because a plastic tissue box is molded, the body, the lid and the oval slot are formed to the same 3D file, so the lid seats on every body and the slot stays centred on the top face.
Our clear hinged storage box is molded as a one-piece case with an integral hinge and a latch, made for packing small parts and samples, while this plastic tissue box is a closed body with a lid and a slot in the top face. Customization Options
Body length, body width, body height, corner radius, lid fit, slot length and slot width are all set by your 3D file. We mold the body and the lid in ABS, PP, PS and acrylic in any colour, with a gloss, satin or matt face, and can add a textured panel, a printed logo on the top face or a second slot where the box takes a different pack. A revised plastic tissue box usually needs only a tool insert change, so a new body length keeps the same lid.

Each plastic tissue box is checked for body length, body width, body height and slot size, and the lid is gauged for fit on the body before the run continues.
