Overview
A silicone honeycomb mat is compression molded in one piece. Hexagon cells open through the pad and a solid rim rings the pattern, so a pot rests on the cell walls with air under it and water runs off through the open cells.
Counter and bench parts sit beside this mat. Our rubber anti-vibration foot mounts a machine on a rubber pad, the adjustable leveling feet carry machine frames on molded pads, and the custom leveling foot spreads a leg load over a pad; this silicone honeycomb mat covers a counter, a bench or a table top.

Quality & Delivery
Tooling for a silicone honeycomb mat is cut in our own shop, and the first article of every mat is gauged against your 3D file — diameter, thickness, cell pitch and rim width — before the run is released.
Mold faces are finished to the sheen your 3D file calls for, the edge is trimmed clean, and the cells come off the mold open. Lead time is quoted with the unit price and held to the date, and each batch is gauged before packing.
We press each silicone honeycomb mat to your 3D file, so the cells, the walls and the rim follow the model. Send the 3D file and we return a quotation with the tool cost and the unit price.
