Overview
Adjustable leveling feet carry an equipment frame on molded pads and set its height on a plated threaded stud. The stud turns up into the frame profile, so the height is set where the unit stands rather than on the bench, and the pad below it spreads the load across the floor instead of one point.
Each pad is molded in plastic, and the stud is a bright plated fastener that seats through a metal collar in the pad face. Three pad outlines run in the same range: a lobed pad turned by hand, a plain round disc, and a disc cut with a fine toothed rim.
Because adjustable leveling feet are molded, the pad outline, the collar seat and the face form in one cycle, so the face sits flat on every part. A pad supplied in one run sits at the same height as the next.
Our custom leveling foot is a single molded pad with a threaded fixing, sized to the load it carries, while adjustable leveling feet run as a set of pad outlines on one stud thread. Our chrome leveling foot sets its height inside a plated cover shell that encloses the thread, and our cylindrical support foot is a fixed-height part.

Customization Options
Pad diameter, pad thickness, the pad outline, the collar bore, the stud diameter, the stud length and the thread pitch are all set by your 3D file. We mold the pad in the black and the white shown, or in the color you specify. A revised pad for adjustable leveling feet needs only a tool insert change, so a larger pad diameter keeps the same outline.
Quality & Delivery
Each pad is checked for outline, diameter and thickness, and the collar bore is gauged so the stud seats square. Studs are checked for diameter, length and thread pitch.
