Overview
A custom leveling foot keeps equipment level on an uneven floor and protects the surface underneath from the load point. We mold the pad in plastic and fit a threaded stud or a threaded insert, so the height can be adjusted after the machine is in place. The pad face is sized to the load it carries, and the thread is matched to the mounting boss on the equipment. Because a custom leveling foot is molded rather than machined, the pad can carry a flange, a grip pattern or a colour without adding cost.
Key Features & Benefits
– Threaded stud or insert — height adjusts after installation
– Molded pad face — spreads the load over the floor
– Grip pattern option — resists sliding under vibration
– Metal thread insert — stands up to repeated adjustment
– Colour and hardness — matched to the equipment
Customization Options
Pad diameter, pad thickness, thread size, stud length and the grip pattern are all set by your 3D file. We mold in PP, ABS, PA6, TPU and glass filled nylon in any colour, and can insert the threaded stud during molding or press a threaded insert afterwards. A revised custom leveling foot usually needs only a local tool change, so the updated part keeps the same thread and only the pad changes.
Quality & Delivery
Parts are checked for pad diameter, thread size, stud length and pull-out strength, and first articles are sent for approval before the run continues. Material and colour are confirmed on that first article. Packing keeps the threads protected, so a custom leveling foot arrives ready to fit. Send your 3D file through our quotation page and we will confirm material, insert type and lead time.
Related Capabilities
Feet and pads often ship with our molded plastic spacer block and plastic hand grip, which cover the rest of a machine base and its controls. All of them are molded in house under our injection molding service.
