Overview
A stacking blocks set is molded as interlocking pieces that build upward. Each block carries two studs on its top face and a matching recess underneath, so one piece seats on the next and the stack holds together instead of toppling. The side of each block is molded with an animal shape in relief, and the base piece is molded as a wider body that carries the stack above it.
The studs are spaced so a block can also be turned through a quarter turn and still seat, and the recess is sized to the stud so the pieces pull apart with a light tug.
Because stacking blocks are molded, every stud and every recess is formed to the same 3D file, so a piece made in one run seats on a piece made in the next.
Our embossed animal toy block is molded as one solid cube with raised figures on each face and no connector at all, so it stacks by balance alone. Our ball and rod building blocks link through socket openings and cylindrical rods, which builds frames in three directions. This stacking blocks set locks pieces vertically through studs and recesses, so the model grows into a tower.

Customization Options
Block length, block width, block height, stud diameter, stud spacing, recess depth, corner radius and relief height are all set by your 3D file. We mold the parts in ABS, PP and TPE in any colour, with a matte or glossy face, and the animal shape is cut into the tool from your own vector file, so the artwork stays yours. A revised stacking blocks piece usually needs only a tool insert change, so a new block length keeps the same stud pattern.
