Overview
Our ball and rod building blocks are a custom injection molded construction toy set. Spherical connector balls carry socket openings at set intervals, and cylindrical rods link them, so children build corners, frames and simple cubes instead of stacking flat pieces. Every part is molded in one piece with smooth surfaces and rounded ends, which keeps small hands comfortable while they assemble and take the model apart. We produce the set strictly to your 3D drawing, and we do not supply printed instruction sheets or retail packaging.
Key Features & Benefits
– Multi-socket balls — each ball accepts rods from several directions, so a frame can grow in three dimensions
– Cylindrical connecting rods — straight molded rods slide into the sockets and hold the build together
– Mixed molded colors — balls and rods are supplied in contrasting colors, which helps sorting during play
– Smooth molded surfaces — no sharp edges or flash lines on the parts that children handle most
– Rounded rod ends — the parts are easy to pick up and to push into place
– One-piece molding — no glued or welded joints, so a single part cannot come apart
Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize ball diameter, socket count and angle, rod length and diameter, wall thickness and plastic grade including ABS, PP and TPE. We support color matching for each part in the set, matte or glossy surface finish, and optional magnet pockets or press-fit sockets built into the mold. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on socket fit tolerance are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the ball and rod building blocks passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and socket opening size is checked with a gauge on each production lot. First article samples with a full inspection report are provided for approval. Send your 3D file or sample for a quick quotation.
