Overview
Our hook with round base is a custom injection molded part with a J-shaped arm rising from a round base plate. The base carries a raised outer rim and a recessed centre panel with four round holes through it, so the hook can be screwed down while the rim keeps the arm clear of the mounting surface. The arm curves back on itself and ends in a rounded tip.
We mold the hook strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the screws or the rod it carries.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize hook opening, arm thickness, base diameter, rim height, panel depth, hole size and spacing, and plastic grade including ABS, PP, PA and POM. We also mold the base with a snap ring, an adhesive pad recess or a threaded boss when the hook needs a different fixing method, and support colour matching with matte or glossy finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on hook draft and hole spacing are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and hook opening and hole spacing are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
