Overview
Our frame bracket is a custom injection molded blue part built as an open rectangular frame.
Two side rails run the length of the part, four corner bosses carry a round through-hole each, and evenly spaced cross bars join the rails to keep them parallel. The bar tops sit slightly below the outer edge, and a rectangular notch in each end wall leaves room for a mating feature. The open windows between the bars cut weight without losing stiffness.
We mold the frame strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the bolts or the assembly it mounts to.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize frame length and width, rail section, corner boss diameter and hole size, cross bar count and spacing, wall thickness and plastic grade including ABS, PA, PC and POM. We also mold the frame with a raised lip, snap tabs or threaded bosses when the assembly needs a different fixing method, and support colour matching with matte or textured finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on frame flatness and bar draft are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the frame bracket passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and corner hole position and frame flatness are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
