Overview
Our round cap is a custom injection molded off-white part with a flat top face and a wide raised bar across it. The bar runs the full width of the face, which gives the fingers a grip for turning the cap, and the side wall is a straight cylinder with a rounded edge instead of a sharp rim. A straight parting line runs down the side wall, and the top face stays flat so the cap sits level against a panel.
We mold the cap strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply any seal or the panel it fits.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize cap diameter, body depth, bar width and height, bar angle, edge radius, wall thickness and plastic grade including ABS, PP, PA and POM. We also mold the cap with a shaft boss, a snap ring or a threaded centre when the fixing method changes, and support colour matching with matte or glossy finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on bar blending and wall thickness are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the round cap passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and cap diameter and bar height are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
