Overview
Our dome camera housing is a custom injection molded shell built as a sphere. Two matte black dome panels clip around a clear window band that runs over the top and down the front, so the lens and the sensor behind it stay visible while the panels cover the rest of the body. The lens sits behind the clear wall in a molded opening, and a small boss at the crown takes a pin or cover.
We mold the panels and the clear window strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the lens, the sensor board or the finished camera.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize dome diameter, window band width and height, panel split position, lens opening size, top boss shape, wall thickness and plastic grade including ABS, PC, PMMA and PC/ABS. Clear and tinted windows in optical grades are available, and we support color matching with matte or glossy finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on window clarity and panel seams are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the dome camera housing passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and window thickness and lens opening position are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
