Overview
Our pink transparent snap-fit cover is an injection-molded protective lid for circuit boards, control modules and handheld electronics. The tinted shell keeps components visible during inspection, and molded snap tabs close the cover without screws, so it installs by hand in one motion. The low-profile shape fits into tight internal spaces where a taller housing would not clear. We mold every cover to the customer’s 3D drawing, and finished electronic assemblies are not supplied.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize length, width, height, snap position, wall thickness and color. The pink transparent snap-fit cover can be molded in any tint level, and surface finish (glossy, matte or textured) can be adjusted. DFM feedback on snap geometry, wall thickness and draft angle is provided before mold making, and color consistency is checked against a standard chart on each batch.
