Overview
Our pink transparent plastic cover is an injection-molded protective housing for circuit boards, control modules and display assemblies. The tinted shell keeps parts visible while it blocks dust and accidental contact, and the arch-top profile leaves room for raised components inside. The cover is molded as two halves that fit together, which keeps tooling simple and assembly fast. We mold every cover to the customer’s 3D drawing, and finished electronic assemblies are not supplied.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize length, width, height, corner radius, wall thickness, latch layout and color. The transparent plastic cover can be molded in any tint level, and surface finish (glossy, matte or textured) can be adjusted, with light diffusion tuned for display or lighting covers. DFM feedback on wall thickness and draft angle is provided before mold making, and color consistency is checked against a standard chart on each batch.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the transparent plastic cover passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and color is matched to the approved sample. Protective packaging and batch supply are available for production orders. First article samples with a full inspection report are provided for approval.
