Overview
Our plastic spacer block is a custom injection molded part with a locating channel along its top face. A raised tongue sits inside the channel, and the base steps in to a narrower foot, so the block drops into a slot or frame and stays square without extra guides. Every outside edge carries a small radius, and the resin is a translucent off-white grade that shows the part is solid through the section.
We mold the block strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply any spring, screw or the assembly it fits into.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize block length, width and height, channel depth and width, tongue height, foot size, edge radius and plastic grade including PP, PE, ABS and PA. We also mold the block with snap tabs, screw bosses or a through-slot when the fixing method changes, and support colour matching with matte or glossy finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on channel draft and foot fit are included, and we quote mold making and part price together from your drawing or sample.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the plastic spacer block passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and channel width and foot size are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
