Overview
Our transparent instrument housing is a custom injection molded body in clear blue. A flat gloss window takes the LCD, a recessed panel carries the button keys, and the side walls have parallel vent slots that break up the surface. The transparent grade lets the inner frame and battery bay show through the wall, and a straight seam runs where the front cover meets the body, so the case splits into two moldings.
We mold the housing strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the LCD, the board, the buttons or the finished instrument.
Key Features & Benefits
– Transparent body — the blue grade shows the inner frame without opening the case
– Display window — the flat gloss panel sits square to the front for a clear LCD view
– Button pad recess — the keys sit in one molded recess, so their tops stay level
– Side vent slots — the parallel openings run in a molded bank along the wall
– Bottom slot — a narrow opening in the lower wall takes a latch or a strap
– Even wall thickness — the clear walls cool evenly, so the part stays free of sink marks
Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize body length, width and height, window size, button pad layout, vent slot count and pitch, wall thickness and plastic grade including PC, ABS, PMMA and PC/ABS. Clear, tinted and frosted grades are available, and we support colour matching with gloss or matte finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on clear part clarity and slot draft are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the transparent instrument housing passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and window flatness and slot pitch are checked with a gauge on each production lot. First article samples with a full inspection report are provided for approval. Send your 3D file or sample for a quick quotation.
