Overview
Our round camera housing is a custom injection molded cover for compact camera and video devices. A raised ring surrounds the lens opening, and the lower half of the face carries a perforated grille that lets sound through without a separate mesh part. The stepped outer rim seats the cover flush against a panel or housing face, and the matte finish keeps the front looking clean in everyday use. We mold the part strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the camera module, board or finished device.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize outer diameter, housing depth, wall thickness, lens ring height, grille hole diameter and spacing, and plastic grade including ABS, PC, PC/ABS and PP. We also mold retention clips, screw bosses and snap tabs on the back of the part, and support color matching with matte, glossy or textured finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on wall thickness and grille draft angle are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the round camera housing passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and grille hole pattern and lens ring concentricity are checked on each production lot.
