Overview
Our vented device housing is a custom injection molded beige shell for a small electronic unit. The rear face carries a recessed grille made of two rows of narrow parallel slots, a rectangular cutout in the side wall takes a socket or cable, and small openings on the top face serve as indicator or microphone ports. The shell is molded with rounded corners and a seam that splits the top cover from the body.
We mold the housing strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the board, the speaker or the finished device.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize housing length, width and height, grille slot count and pitch, port cutout size and position, indicator hole size, wall thickness and plastic grade including ABS, PC, PP and HIPS. We also mold snap-fit lips, screw bosses and gasket grooves when the case needs sealing, and support colour matching with matte or textured finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on slot draft and wall thickness are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the vented device housing passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and grille slot pitch and port cutout size are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
