Overview
A custom ring bushing spaces and centres one part inside another, and keeps a softer housing from taking the wear at a moving interface. We mold it as one annular part with a center bore, an even wall and a rounded top edge, so it seats against the mating face without cutting into it.
The outer profile steps out at the base, which gives the ring a defined seating depth and takes the guesswork out of assembly. Because a custom ring bushing is molded, the bore, wall and step are formed in one cycle with no secondary machining.

Customization Options
Bore diameter, wall thickness, overall height, step diameter and edge radius are all set by your 3D file. We mold in PP, ABS, PA6, POM and glass filled nylon in any colour, and can add a locating notch or a keyway where the ring must not rotate. A revised custom ring bushing usually means only a local tool change, so bore and height variants stay affordable at low volume.
Quality & Delivery
Parts are checked for bore diameter, wall thickness, overall height and roundness, and first articles are sent for approval before the run continues.
