Overview

A silicone drain pad is pressed in one piece to hold a cup, a brush or a bottle on a counter. Straight ribs run across the base at one height, so the item stands on the rib tops and the water falls into the channels between them. A raised rim closes the oval outline and holds the water until it leaves at the edge.

Our silicone honeycomb mat is pressed as a round pad with open cells, and our white ribbed tray is molded with ribs across the base, while a silicone drain pad is pressed as an oval pad that takes a counter or a sink edge. A blue equipment tray collects on a recessed shell; here the water leaves the part.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Ribs — one height across the base
  • Channels — run clear from end to end
  • Rim — closes the oval at an even line
  • Base — the pad sits flat on the counter
  • One press — the ribs, the channels and the rim come from one mold

Because a silicone drain pad is pressed to your 3D file, the rib, the channel and the rim repeat cavity to cavity.

Customization Options

Outline, thickness, rib count, rim depth, compound and color all come from your 3D file, so a silicone drain pad is pressed for the counter or the sink you have in mind.

  • Outline — oval, round or a shape of your own
  • Ribs — count and height set to your 3D file
  • Rim — depth taken from your part
  • Compound — silicone picked to the rules of the market you sell into
  • Color — a pink grade, a shade you match or a two-tone split

Quality & Delivery

Tooling for a silicone drain pad is cut in our own shop, and the first article of every pad is gauged against your 3D file — outline, thickness, rib height and rim — before the run is released.

Mold faces are finished to the sheen your 3D file calls for, the edge is trimmed clean, and the ribs come off the mold at one height. Lead time is quoted with the unit price and held to the date, and each batch is gauged before packing.

We press each silicone drain pad to your 3D file, so the ribs, the channels and the rim follow the model. Send the 3D file and we return a quotation with the tool cost and the unit price.

Related Capabilities

Counter and pad parts sit beside this silicone drain pad. The two-color ergonomic handle carries a molded grip pattern, the food storage container closes with a snap lid, and the blue tray housing is molded as a rectangular shell.

Tooling and molding both run in house — the compression mold is cut on our mold making floor and the pads are pressed from it in the same building. Send your 3D file for a quotation.
