Overview
A custom cable grommet turns a rough cutout in a desk top or a cabinet panel into a finished cable exit. The molded body sits in the table cutout and the outer ring covers the sawn edge, so the opening reads as a designed detail rather than a hole. Cables leave through the routing slot at the front, which keeps them grouped instead of dragging across the work surface. The flip cover carries a ribbed pad that a thumb can lift without a tool, and it closes over the port when nothing is plugged in.
Because a custom cable grommet is molded, the cover, hinge, routing slot and mounting ring all come out of one cycle. The same tool can also run the fitting in another colour, so a desk range stays consistent across finishes.

Customization Options
Outside diameter, cutout diameter, ring depth, cover thickness and slot width are all set by your 3D file. We mold in ABS, PP, PA6 and PVC in any colour, matched to a sample or a colour chip where the fitting has to blend with the desk. A revised custom cable grommet usually means only a local tool change, so a new diameter or a wider slot keeps the same mounting ring.
Quality & Delivery
Parts are checked for outside diameter, cutout diameter, ring depth and cover action, and first articles are sent for approval before the run continues. Colour is confirmed against the approved sample. Packing keeps the covers from pressing on each other, so a custom cable grommet arrives ready to fit.
