Overview
Our custom plastic washers and shims are molded to your own drawing instead of being picked from a stock size list. Every dimension is set by the print — outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness, bore form and surface finish — and the bore can be plain, chamfered, countersunk or raised into a shoulder. Washers of the type shown on this page have been molded in nylon, POM, PP, ABS and PC for fastening, spacing and load-spreading duties.
We mold strictly to your drawing, and we also run one-stop production. Tooling, molding, the mating parts and final assembly can all be quoted together, so a washer order never has to be split across several suppliers.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize outer and inner diameter, thickness, chamfer and countersink angle, shoulder height and diameter, colour and plastic grade including nylon, POM, PP, ABS and PC. Flange, tab, index hole and keyway features can be molded straight into the part, and we support matte or glossy finish with molded part numbers. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on wall thickness, warpage and bore tolerance are included, and we quote mold making and part price together from your drawing or sample.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and outer diameter, bore size and thickness are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
