Overview
Our transparent cover panel is a custom injection molded clear plate with four corner holes and a raised inner window frame. A metal bushing sits in each corner hole, so a screw can clamp the panel without cracking the clear plastic, and the raised inner frame stands the window off the surface behind it. The outer edge is flat, which lets the panel sit flush on a bezel or a gasket face.
We mold the panel strictly to your drawing, and the corner bushings are supplied to your specification or overmolded into the panel when the design calls for it.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize panel length, width and thickness, corner hole size and position, window frame height, edge profile and plastic grade including PC, PMMA, PETG and PC/ABS. Clear, tinted and anti-scratch grades are available, and we support printing, laser marking and molded part numbers. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on clear part clarity and bushing seat depth are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the transparent cover panel passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and window flatness and corner hole position are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
