Overview
Our threaded plastic nozzle is one part of a molded fitting set that also includes two elbow bodies. The nozzle has a conical body that tapers to a small threaded tip, and every part in the set carries an external thread at the base with a knurled band above it. The knurl gives the fingers a grip for hand tightening, and the elbow bodies turn the outlet off the main axis of the fitting.
We mold the parts strictly to your drawing, and one-stop service is available.

We mold the set as separate parts or as a matched family that shares one thread size, and support colour matching with matte or glossy finish.
Tooling design support and DFM feedback on thread form and knurl draft are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the threaded plastic nozzle fittings passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and thread size and tip bore are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
