Overview
Our plastic handwheel is a custom injection molded wheel with three spokes and a raised hub cap. The spokes run from a thick rim to the centre hub, and a ribbed pad on one side of the rim gives the fingers a place to turn the wheel. The wheel is molded in one piece, so there are no separate spokes or a pressed hub to work loose.
We mold the wheel strictly to your drawing, and we also run one-stop production.
Tooling, molding, the mating parts and final assembly can all be quoted together.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize wheel diameter, spoke count and section, rim thickness, grip pad size and rib pitch, hub bore and plastic grade including ABS, PA, PP and POM. Insert molding of a metal hub or a threaded bush is available, and we support colour matching with matte or glossy finish. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on hub bore fit and rim flatness are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the plastic handwheel passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and outside diameter and hub bore are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
