Overview
This plastic frame connector is a custom injection molded part produced to your 3D file. It is molded in glass filled nylon as a structural part with mounting holes, a ribbed body and a connection feature, so it locates and joins machine frames, automation modules and fixture assemblies. The connector is shown in green and bolts down through its mounting holes.

Key Features & Benefits
– Mounting holes — bolts onto a machine frame
– Ribbed body — reinforced support for fixture assembly
– Connection feature — locates and joins frame members
– Positioning part — holds frame members at a set position
– Glass filled nylon — a rigid part for mechanical load support
– Molded in one shot — the connector comes off the tool as one part

Customization Options
Every plastic frame connector is made to your 3D file, so the mounting hole pattern, the rib layout, the connection feature and the overall size follow your part instead of a catalogue size. Send the load requirement and the assembly need with the file, and we check the wall thickness, the draft angle and the gate position before steel is cut. If the connector bolts onto a frame profile you already use, send that profile detail as well, and we hold the hole spacing in the tool.

Connectors are checked against your 3D file before shipment, and the inspection record stays with the tool for repeat orders. If the connector works as part of an assembly with a bracket, send the mating parts as well, so the holes line up on the first sample. The part is molded in one shot, so it arrives with no assembly step on your line.

Ordering and quotation
Send your 3D file with the load requirement and the yearly volume. You receive a molding quotation that lists tooling cost, cycle time and sample lead time, and the yearly volume also decides how many cavities the tool should carry. We flag any feature that cannot mold cleanly in glass filled nylon before the quotation goes out.
