Overview
A PVC socket elbow turns a water line through ninety degrees and takes a pipe into each end. Both ends are sockets rather than threads, so the pipe slides into the fitting and the joint is made at the socket wall instead of on a screw thread.
The bore runs smooth through the bend, with no cutout, no port and no step inside, so the flow path stays clear and the fitting keeps its full wall where a line changes direction.
The body is molded in white PVC, and the shade comes from the material itself rather than from a coating. Where your market sets the socket depth, the wall thickness or the outside diameter, those are molded to the dimension on your 3D file.
Because a PVC socket elbow is molded in one piece, the bend, the two sockets and the socket depth are formed to the same 3D file, so an elbow made in one run takes the pipe the same way as the next.
Our black 90-degree threaded elbow carries external threads at both ends, so a pipe screws into it rather than sliding in, and our plastic pipe elbow is molded for airflow with a perforated cutout on the outer face, while a PVC socket elbow is a closed smooth-bore water fitting.

Customization Options
Body angle, bend radius, socket diameter, socket depth, wall thickness and overall length are all set by your 3D file, and the wall thickness follows the working pressure you specify. The bend can run at ninety degrees or at another angle your run needs, and we mold the elbow in PVC, in white as shown or in the color you specify. A revised PVC socket elbow usually needs only a tool insert change, so a new socket diameter keeps the same body and the same tool.

Each PVC socket elbow is checked for socket diameter, socket depth, wall thickness and body angle, and the two sockets are gauged for fit before the run continues.
