Overview
Our blue game controller shell is a custom injection molded housing for handheld game controllers. The front and back covers are molded with cutouts for the D-pad, analog sticks and action buttons, so internal parts drop into place on your assembly line, and the palm areas carry a molded dotted texture instead of a separate rubber pad. Rounded palm contours and a matte finish keep the controller comfortable during long sessions. We mold the housing strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the PCB, buttons or finished electronic controller.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize overall shell size, cutout positions, grip texture depth, wall thickness and plastic grade including ABS, PC, PC/ABS and PA. Two-shot overmolding is available when you need a soft rubber grip zone, and we support color matching, matte or glossy finish, and logo embossing or in-mold labeling. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on cutout tolerances are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the game controller shell passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and cutout positions are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
