Overview
Our blue power inlet insert is a custom injection molded body that carries two blade terminals and a recessed shroud cavity for the mating contacts. The blades sit in molded slots on the top face, and flat contact blades inside the shroud are separated by molded divider ribs, so each current path keeps its own passage. Mounting feet and side ribs locate the body inside your appliance or power supply housing. We mold the part strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the metal stamping, wire harness or finished device.
Key Features & Benefits
– Two blade terminals — flat blades take a screw or solder connection, so no separate terminal block is needed
– Recessed shroud cavity — the molded collar around the contacts keeps fingers and tools clear of the blades
– Molded divider ribs — separate passages hold the contact blades apart and stiffen the shroud walls
– Side ribs and mounting feet — the body locates in your housing without extra brackets
– Part marking pad — a recessed panel on the top face takes your part number or logo
– One-piece molded body — shroud, ribs and feet come from one tool, which keeps assembly steps low
Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize blade slot width and pitch, shroud depth, wall thickness, mounting foot position and plastic grade including PA66, PBT, PC and PA. Insert molding of metal blades and contacts is available, and we support color matching, matte or glossy finish and molded part markings. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on blade retention and rib draft are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the power inlet insert passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and blade slot position is checked with a gauge on each production lot. First article samples with a full inspection report are provided for approval. Send your 3D file or sample for a quick quotation.
