Overview
A plastic tube clamp connector joins a tube to a support frame and holds it wherever the operator sets it. The tube passes through the bore of the block body, and the hand knob on top tightens the clamp against the tube, so the position is adjusted by hand and held without a bolt. The block is molded in two bore shapes, a square bore for square profile tube and a round bore for a round tube or a support rod, so one frame system can take both.
Because a plastic tube clamp connector is molded, the block, the boss and the bore are formed in one cycle, so the bore stays true to the block face on every part and the knob turns freely on the molded boss.
The bolt-on connector in our range, the plastic frame connector, fixes to a machine frame through mounting holes, while this clamp connector slides over the tube and locks by hand. Where two arms meet at an angle instead, our custom adjustment handle carries a toothed joint.

Customization Options
Bore size, bore shape, block length, block width, block height, knob diameter and knob height are all set by your 3D file. We mold in PA6, ABS, PP and glass filled nylon in any colour, and can supply the square bore and the round bore from one matched set where a frame system needs both. A revised plastic tube clamp connector usually needs only a tool insert change, so a new bore size keeps the same body and knob.
