Overview
A custom corner connector holds two panels at 90 degrees and keeps the joint square while the screws are tightened. Mounting holes are molded into both walls, so the same part fixes to a profile, a board or a cabinet panel without a separate drilling jig. The curved back edge follows the corner radius and leaves the outer face smooth, which matters when the corner stays visible on furniture. The connector is molded as one piece, so there is no weld and no second bracket to line up at assembly.
Three sizes cover a light cabinet corner through to a heavier equipment frame, and the same profile is molded in black or white to match the panel it sits against.
Because a custom corner connector is molded, the two walls, the holes and the curved back profile are formed in one cycle with no secondary machining.
Key Features & Benefits
– Two-walled body — sets a 90 degree corner in one part
– Holes in both walls — fix to a panel and a profile
– Curved back edge — follows the corner radius
– Three sizes — matched to the load on the joint
– Black or white — matched to the panel colour
Customization Options
Wall height, wall thickness, overall width, hole diameter and hole position are all set by your 3D file. We mold in PA6, ABS, PP and glass filled nylon in any colour, and can add a second fixing hole, a rib or an open slot where the corner carries more load. A revised custom corner connector usually needs only a tool insert change, so a new hole layout keeps the same outer profile.
Quality & Delivery
Parts are checked for wall height, hole position, hole diameter and squareness between the two walls, and first articles are sent for approval before the run continues. Packing keeps the corners from rubbing together, so a custom corner connector arrives ready to fix. Send your 3D file through our quotation page and we will confirm material, colour and lead time.
