Overview
Our double hook clamp is a custom injection molded grey part with a U-shaped grip at each end and two bars running between them. A cylindrical cross pin spans the gap in the middle of the part, and the flat top face lets the clamp sit square against a frame or panel. The two grips are open on the same side, so a rod or wire presses into each end during assembly. We mold the part to the customer 3D drawing, and we do not supply the rods, fasteners or finished assembly.

Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize overall length, grip opening width, bar thickness, grip depth, cross pin diameter and plastic grade including PA, POM, ABS and PP. We support color matching, matte or textured finish, and molded markings on the top face. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on grip opening tolerance and pin draft are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the double hook clamp passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and grip opening width and pin diameter are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
